About

We believe better customer relationships start with better conversations.

BlendDesk is a shared workspace for the conversations your customers start in the apps they already use, from WhatsApp to email to your website. We're building it for teams who want every answer to feel personal and every handover to feel easy.

Why BlendDesk exists

Customers don't think in channels. Teams shouldn't have to.

A customer asks about an order on WhatsApp, follows up on Instagram, then emails a photo. To them it's one conversation. To the team it's three apps, three inboxes and three half-finished histories.

When context is scattered, it gets lost between tools and between people. Someone repeats a question. Someone else answers twice. A handover turns into a guess.

We think AI should help the people who answer customers, not stand in for their accountability. That's why Scout answers only from knowledge you've approved, and hands the conversation to your team when it can't help.

Principles

What we hold ourselves to.

Four commitments that shape what we build and how we describe it.

  1. Humans stay in control

Scout answers only from knowledge you approve and hands over to your team when it can't help. Any action that changes something needs a person's approval.

  2. Honest about what's real

We say plainly what is available today, what needs setup, and what depends on Meta. If it isn't real yet, we don't promise it.

  3. Built for Arabic and English from the start

An interface that works right-to-left, a Help Center in both languages, and Scout that works in both.

  4. Your channels, your accounts

WhatsApp runs on your own Meta business account and number. Your channels belong to you.

Built for the region

For businesses in Egypt and across MENA.

Here, customers write in Arabic and English, switch between apps, and expect a fast, personal answer. That's the starting point for how we build BlendDesk.

It means an interface that reads naturally in both languages, a Help Center your customers can read in either, and Scout, which works in English and Arabic.

Talk to the people building it.

Tell us how your team talks to customers today. We'll tell you plainly what BlendDesk can do for you, and what it can't yet.
